Begining of Naipunnya Academy
Naipunnya Academy was started by the Catholic Archdiocese to Ernakulam-Ankamaly in 2006. It aims at offering comprehensive coaching for aspirants of Competitive Examinations in the Public Sector. With a group of expert faculties and a unique methodology, we have raced to the top of the charts in a short span of time. The strong support of the Archdiocese, under the leadership of his Eminence Cardinal George Alenchery and his excellency Bishop Antony Kariyil has always helped Naipunnya academy in positioning a prominent place in the minds of civil service aspirants of Kerala.

Early Preparation for IAS: From class 8 onwards
- Study concepts and theories from the NCERT books
- Schedule your time for learning. Make it a habit.
- Know your Syllabus. The subjects- geography, history, sociology, politics.
- Read newspaper daily 20 minutes, especially the civil service related topics.
- Choose your optional, passionate subject – learn it progressively.
- Make notes of the various civil service subjects. Box files will help for easy additional collections.
- Practice writing the answers: be descriptive, analytical critical, systematic, quick, and effective.
